Christmas Miniature Food
I have completed the basic dishes for my miniature Christmas Dinner, main course. I have, roast turkey with stuffing, pigs in blankets,roast potatoes and parsnips, baby whole carrots and Brussel sprouts. The sprouts were quite fiddly but I am pleased with the outcome.

I first had to make some 'mincemeat'. Then the 'pastry'.
I've also had another couple of ideas on the same lines.

Whole Salmon
I have had these made for a while but haven't uploaded the photo.
These are all hand made, not using a mould so everyone is different. Complete with bone through the centre and scales!

Flat Lettuce
These lettuces have 'veins' through them. They will vary in size since each one is individually hand made. For now, they will be sold single but when I have enough crates made, I will probably sell them in the smaller of the two crates pictured.

Chopping Boards
I made some peppers (Capiscum) a while ago and decided to use some. I made whole, halves and slices in the various colours. I thought I would use some and made the boards and even the knives. I'm obviously not great when it comes to photography but I am trying different things! One day - maybe!

Parsnips
These are available to buy from my Etsy Store. They are only available in packs of 3 at the moment and not with the crate. They may become availabe with the crate at a later date.
Salmon Steaks
These salmon steaks would look great on a fish counter.
I have displayed them using 'shovelling snow' as an idea for displaying them.
These turnips (Swedes) are available for sale on my Etsy page.
At the moment they are only sold individually and not with the crate.
The oval platter is ceramic. The lettuce, tomato, cucumber, lemon, prawns and salmon are all individually made by me, using Fimo.
